Belterra Subdivision is a 1,611-acre master-planned community located in Dripping Springs, Hays County, Texas off of West Highway 290 and is bounded by Nutty Brown Road on the east and by Sawyer Ranch Road on the West. MAKAR Development hired C Faulkner Engineering to provide surveying, engineering design and construction phase services for Phase 2, Sections 4, 5B, 5C, and 5D consisting of approximately 110 acres with 150 single-family residential lots. In addition, C Faulkner Engineering has evaluated the hydrology and water quality aspects of the initial phases of construction, and is re-designing water quality, detention and re-irrigation ponds into a system of wet-ponds.
