CFE Professional Staff and Management Approach

CFE’s Commercial Development Management Team consists of experienced Project Managers, Professional Engineers (PE’s) and exceptional CADD Technicians and Designers. While we encourage communication between the client and staff at all levels, each project is assigned a primary point of contact. Project scope, schedule and budget is reviewed weekly, and we are committed to providing a Weekly Status Report that summarizes actionable tasks, items required to complete the task, estimated completion date, and assignment of  responsibility for completion of each task. CFE also communicates using “Site Tracker”, our web based Project Management tool. On Site Tracker, you can access a variety of reports, photographs, exhibits, and other project related information 24-7 from any location.

CFE’s Commercial Development Team includes “in-house” survey professionals that can provide Land Title surveys to ALTA standards. Our survey crews are outfitted with state of the art field equipment including high-end GPS stations and sophisticated robotic total stations. This equipment allows us to perform more efficiently with superior accuracy and shorter turnaround. We continue to develop great working relationships with both local and national Title companies, and we are also experienced in obtaining records using CFE internal resources.
