Steiner Ranch is a 4,600-acre master-planned community located in northwest Austin, positioned between Lake Austin and Lake Travis. The community, consisting of approximately 1,500 homes, was built with easy access to FM 2222, Mopac, Highway 183, and Highway 360. Steiner Ranch contains two community centers, more than twelve miles of nature trails, 819 acres of nature preserve, three basketball courts, six tennis courts, pocket parks, and is the home of The University of Texas Golf Club. |

The community, consisting of approximately 1440 single-family homes, is easily accessible from IH-35 via Windy Hill Road (131).
