WEST CYPRESS HILLS / WESTERN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS
West Cypress Hills spreads over 1,000-acres of true, Texas Hill country. Almost 400-acres of this land will never be developed. Instead, nature areas surround scenic home sites. The result is remarkable. Almost every home site backs up to a green belt, literally giving families access to hundreds of acres of nature trails, natural areas, and the ability to fully enjoy the Texas Hill Country. CFE has recently been hired by Castletop Development to re-evaluate the development infrastructure and to obtain recommendations as appropriate to successfully proceed with this project. CFE will also provide subdivision design for all new sections of development and will be Engineer of Record for the Municipal Utility Districts within the project. |
